How do I start new service?

Contact our office at (512) 303-9462 or you may email us to get started with our waste removal services.

Our trash was not picked up. What can we do?

Confirm that you have paid your bill. Make sure you had out by 6:00 am If so, contact our office so we may go through our protocols of  viewing our cameras  and teleroute that are on our trucks. We will then see about making  arrangements to  schedule a picked up if possible .

What is the pick-up schedule during a week with a holiday?

If one of the observed holiday fall on your scheduled service day 

you will be notified of the rescheduled service day. We will give notices of rescheduled service by way of the clip that we provide on top of our containers (cans)
